Optional Parent/Teacher conferences now through Feb 15
Dear Parents,

We are excited to announce that we have introduced an optional opportunity for you to arrange a “Parent/Teacher” conference. This conference is designed to provide you with an opportunity to discuss your child’s progress in behavior, attendance, technique, dress code, and more.

These quick 5-minute consultations will be held via Google Meet, and you can schedule your slot using the provided scheduling link. It’s a fantastic chance for you to ask questions and for the teacher to provide feedback.

To accommodate our instructors’ busy schedules, these consultations will be available until Feb 15. If your child’s instructor is fully booked, don’t worry, more time slots will be added if necessary. If you still haven’t seen openings, be sure to let your child’s instructor know.

You can conveniently schedule these meetings just like booking a private lesson, directly through “Acuity Scheduling”.
