Dancing with the Mankato Stars Event: Saturday Feb 11, 2017: All PRODUCTION & COMPANY members report to Verizon Wireless Center by 9:45 am, dressed (hair & makeup not necessary for this rehearsal) and ready for 10:00 am dress rehearsal for the Dancing with the Mankato Stars Event. Parents: this is a closed practice, for dancers ONLY. Please arrive for PICK UP by 12:00. The actual event starts at 7:00 pm. Please check in no later than 6:30 pm at the “volunteer check in” which is located by the box office, near the elevators. Upon arrival dancers should go directly to the assigned dressing room. A parent volunteer will escort them to and from their seats. Company is FIRST at 7:00 pm. Production will be at the intermission (closer to 9:00) We will have a special “DANCER SECTION” for all the kids in PRODUCTION & COMPANY to watch the show free of charge. Please dress in Dance Express attire before and after the performance. At the end of the event, please meet your child in the assigned dressing room.

You are welcome to sit in your favorite dancer’s section providing you have a ticket to do so. All Parents will need a ticket for this event as well. If you are NOT planning to attend this RED CROSS fundraising event, PLEASE NOTIFY the DXP staff so we can arrange a pick up time when the event is finished. Reminder to Parents: This is a benefit for the Red Cross. To watch the event you will need to purchase a ticket. We do have a few positions left for “VOLUNTEERS” if you’re interested. Volunteers will not need a ticket.
